Gary Todd WASHINGTON-BEY, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Gary Todd Washington-Bey (“Appellant”) appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Boone County, Missouri (“motion court”), denying, after an evidentiary hearing, his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 29.15. On appeal, Appellant claims that the motion court clearly erred in denying his motion for post-conviction relief because his trial counsel (“Counsel”) was constitutionally ineffective in failing to file a motion to suppress evidence obtained as the fruit of his unlawful arrest. We affirm the judgment of the motion court. Rule 84.16(b).
