IN RE: the Marriage of: Allison SPERBER, Respondent, v. Dwight SPERBER, Appellant.
ORDER
Dwight Sperber appeals from the judgment dissolving his marriage to Allison Sperber. He asserts error in the division of property and the award of joint legal and physical child custody. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the dissolution judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision, because a published opinion would lack precedential value.
AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b).
