STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Kelly Lynn KINGSLEY, Appellant.
ORDER
Kelly Lynn Kingsley (“Kingsley”) appeals from her conviction and sentence entered by the trial court after a jury found her guilty of resisting a lawful detention, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of a firearm. In two points on appeal, Kingsley claims the trial court clearly erred in overruling her motion to suppress the search of the purse (Point I) and the bag (Point II) found in the vehicle Kingsley was driving immediately prior to her arrest. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
