MICHAEL SHIPLEY, Appellant, v. MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION, Respondent.
ORDER
Michael Shipley filed a petition in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, seeking to register and enforce two orders of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit as foreign judgments. The circuit court dismissed Shipley's petition with prejudice, finding that his claims were precluded by multiple prior decisions of the circuit court, this Court, and federal trial and appellate courts. See, e.g., Shipley v. Trustee for Child Support Payment, 472 S.W.3d 609 (Mo. App. W.D. 2015); Shipley v. Dep't of Soc. Servs., Fam. Support Div., 568 S.W.3d 459 (Mo. App. W.D. 2019); Shipley v. Mo. Dep't of Soc. Servs. Fam. Support Div., Nos. WD85249 & WD85342, 655 S.W.3d 405 (Mo. App. W.D. Sept. 27, 2022) (mem.). Because the circuit court determined that Shipley's petition was part of a pattern of frivolous litigation, it ordered that the circuit court's Department of Civil Records not accept further filings from Shipley asserting similar claims. Shipley appeals. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
