Charles PUTFARK, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Charles Putfark was convicted after a jury trial of two counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree, child molestation in the second degree, and sexual misconduct involving a child. Following his direct appeal, Putfark filed a motion for postconviction relief pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29.15. The circuit court denied relief following an evidentiary hearing. Putfark appeals. He contends that his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to call Putfark's roommate to testify that she was consistently present when Putfark and the victim were together, and that she never witnessed any inappropriate behavior. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
