STATE OF MISSOURI, Respondent, v. COLT JAMES BROMLEY, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Vernon County, Colt Bromley was convicted of assault in the second degree, armed criminal action, first-degree trespass, and three counts of assault in the fourth degree. Bromley appeals. He argues that the circuit court plainly erred by failing to declare a mistrial after the State discussed the facts of the case during jury selection in an improperly detailed and argumentative fashion. We affirm. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, we have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
