STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Beauregard HULLINGER, Appellant.
ORDER
Beauregard Hullinger appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Clay County convicting him, after a jury trial, of first-degree statutory rape, first-degree statutory sodomy, first-degree child molestation, and second-degree statutory rape. On appeal, Hullinger asserts the trial court abused its discretion in admitting testimony from two witnesses and plainly erred in failing to sua sponte interrupt the State's closing argument. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
