DANA R. DAY, JR., Appellant, v. STATE OF MISSOURI, Respondent.
ORDER
Dana Day appeals from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion following his convictions for first-degree assault and second-degree assault. He contends his trial counsel was ineffective in failing to object to a statement made during the State's closing argument. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the post-conviction judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision, because a published opinion would have no precedential value.
AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b).
