ORDER

Paul Payne appeals from the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of Crossroads Hotel, LLC, a corporate entity that owns and operates a hotel in Kansas City, Missouri. Payne argues that summary judgment was inappropriate because a genuine issue of material fact exists regarding the creation of a bailment as to a moving truck that Payne parked in the Crossroads Hotel's parking lot. Because Payne has not sustained his burden to establish error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
