Jamie FARAO, Appellant, v. FARAO'S LAWN CARE AND FIRE WOOD and Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance Company, Respondents.
Order
Jamie Farao appeals the award of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (LIRC) affirming the dismissal of his worker's compensation claim on the ground that he failed to show good cause why the claim should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Farao raises one point on appeal: that extenuating circumstances excused his failure to respond to the order to show cause why his claim should not be dismissed. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
