Jason WEBB, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
Order
Jason Webb appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion, following an evidentiary hearing. Webb raises a single claim on appeal: he argues that plea counsel was ineffective in failing to investigate and file a motion to dismiss his charges under the Uniform Mandatory Disposition of Detainers Law (UMDDL).1 Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
FOOTNOTES
1. The UMDDL is codified at RSMo § 217.450 et seq.
