ALAMANA INVESTMENTS, INC., Respondent, v. ALL OCCUPANTS a/k/a Kimberle Odegard, Appellant.
ORDER
All Occupants A/K/A Kimberle C. Odegard appeal the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court. In that judgment, the court ordered that Alamana Investments, Inc. “shall have restitution of the premises unlawfully detained and located at” a specific address. The appellant presents three points on appeal. The appellant argues that the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction, that the judgment was not supported by substantial evidence, and that the judgment is void for lack of personal jurisdiction. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
