STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Daniel Lee CRANFILL, Appellant.
ORDER
Daniel Cranfill appeals his conviction following jury trial in the Clay County Circuit Court for second degree murder and armed criminal action. He presents ten points on appeal. Cranfill argues the trial court erred in: (1) denying his motion for sanctions based on late disclosures; (2) allowing statements from a custodial interrogation to be introduced into evidence; (3) preventing cross-examination of two witnesses about their past relationships and experience; (4) preventing cross-examination about cell phone extraction reports; (5) allowing cross-examination about the use of controlled substances; (6) denying a request for a mistrial based on evidence that was never disclosed; (7) allowing Jury Instruction Number 18; (8) modifying Jury Instruction Number 6; (9) denying a motion in limine regarding video camera footage; and (10) overruling a motion for judgment of acquittal. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
