ORDER

William Gerald Elliott, Jr. appeals the judgments of the Ray County Circuit Court imposing $900 in fines after a guilty plea. First, Elliott claims the trial court erred because the citations did not include the municipal ordinances violated and the penalty. Second, Elliott claims the trial court plainly erred because it failed to obtain the requisite factual support. Third, Elliott claims the trial court erred because the City of Crystal Lakes lacked standing because the alleged contempt had not yet occurred. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
