In the INTEREST OF: K.M.D. and R.M.D., Juveniles; Chief Juvenile Officer, Respondent, v. R.M.D., Appellant.
ORDER
R.D. (“Father”) appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Cass County which terminated his parental rights over his two children. Father argues that the circuit court erred in finding that a statutory ground existed for termination of his parental rights, and that termination was in the children's best interests. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
