STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Gregory Todd MARTIN, Appellant.
ORDER
Gregory Todd Martin (“Martin”) appeals from his conviction and sentence entered by the trial court after a jury found Martin guilty of domestic assault in the fourth degree, pursuant to section 565.076. Martin raises one Point on Appeal, claiming the trial court clearly erred in overruling his Batson 1 challenge to the State's peremptory strike of Venireperson 28. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
