Brandon REDDEN, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Brandon Redden appeals the judgment of the Boone County Circuit Court denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. He contends that the motion court clearly erred in denying his motion because his due process rights were violated when he was not physically present in the courtroom but instead appeared by videoconference for his sentencing after his guilty plea. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
