Lynnsey D. JONES, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Lynnsey D. Jones appeals the denial, after an evidentiary hearing, of her Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. She contends the motion court clearly erred in denying claim 8/9(A) which alleged that trial counsel rendered constitutionally ineffective assistance by failing to adequately investigate Jones's mental health and present substantial expert testimony at trial that negated the mental state element of the charged offenses. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
