ORDER

Andrew Shores appeals an order of the Circuit Court of Bates County denying his pro se motion to reinstate his post-conviction action due to abandonment of post-conviction counsel. Finding no error, we affirm. A published opinion would have no precedential value, so we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
