Jason KLEIN, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Jason Klein appeals from the motion court's judgment denying his Rule 29.15 motion for postconviction relief. Klein raises one point on appeal, claiming the motion court clearly erred in denying his motion because trial counsel failed to request a mistrial when the trial court emphasized to the jury that Klein had exercised his right to remain silent by failing to testify. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
