STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Thaeda J. SERRANO, Appellant.
Order
Thaeda Serrano was convicted, following a bench trial, of possession of a controlled substance pursuant to § 579.015 and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia pursuant to § 579.074. She raises one point on appeal: that the court abused its discretion in allowing a law enforcement officer to testify about the prior inconsistent statement of the driver of the car in which Serrano was a passenger at the time of her arrest. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
