ORDER

N.W. appeals a Jackson County Circuit Court, Family Court Division judgment terminating her parental rights to her child, B.D.W., on the basis of abuse or neglect, failure to rectify, and parental unfitness. The court also found that termination of Mother's parental rights was in B.D.W.’s best interest. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
