Steven M. BURKHALTER, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Steven Burkhalter appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, which denied his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. On appeal, Burkhalter contends the motion court erred in overruling his motion because his trial counsel was ineffective in reviewing discovery with him. The judgment is affirmed. A published opinion would have no precedential value. A memorandum has been provided to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
