LYKINS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, Respondent, v. MY HOMES NEXT STEP LLC, Appellant.
ORDER
My Homes Next Step, LLC, appeals the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court denying its motion to set aside the default judgment in a case brought against it by Lykins Neighborhood Association under the Missouri Abandoned Housing Act. In its sole point on appeal, it contends that the trial court erred in denying its motion to set aside the default judgment because there was no proof that it received or refused service in violation of its right to due process. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reason for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
