ORDER

Seyoum W. Kassa appeals the judgment, following a jury trial, of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri (“trial court”), finding for defendant Temp-Stop, LLC (“Temp-Stop”) on his claims for negligence and premises liability. On appeal, Kassa alleges that the trial court erred in: (1) empaneling a jury with eleven of twelve white members; (2) failing to instruct the jury that it may make a negative inference based on the spoliation of evidence relating to video surveillance; (3) failing to instruct the jury that it may make a negative inference based on spoliation of evidence relating to sales receipts; and (4) allowing Temp-Stop to introduce forged or altered medical records. We affirm the judgment of the trial court. Rule 84.16(b). In addition, we grant Temp Stop's motion to strike Kassa's Exhibits numbered 5, 7, 9, 11, 16, 17, 21-23, 25-27, 29, 30, 32, 33, 36-46, and 48-51, as these exhibits were not admitted into evidence at the trial court and are, therefore, not part of the record on appeal.
