STATE OF MISSOURI, Respondent, v. BOW STEVEN DABBS, Appellant.
ORDER
After a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Adair County, Bow Dabbs was convicted of attempted enticement of a child and sentenced to thirty years’ imprisonment. Dabbs appeals. He argues that the circuit court erred in overruling his motion to strike a prospective juror for cause; in admitting the testimony of a police officer concerning the officer's interpretation of Dabbs’ actions; and in refusing to instruct the jury on entrapment. We affirm. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
