ORDER

Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Clay County, Timothy Libertus was convicted of forcible rape, forcible sodomy, and unlawful use of a weapon. After this Court affirmed his convictions and sentences on direct appeal, Libertus filed a motion for post-conviction relief under Supreme Court Rule 29.15. The circuit court denied relief following an evidentiary hearing. Libertus appeals. He argues that his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to adequately cross-examine the victim, and that his sentencing counsel was ineffective for failing to investigate and call mitigation witnesses at Libertus’ sentencing hearing. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
