In the INTEREST OF: B.P.N-M., Appellant, v. JUVENILE OFFICER, Respondent.
ORDER
B.P.N-M. appeals from an order entered by the Circuit Court of Clay County, Family Court Division, certifying him to be prosecuted as an adult pursuant to section 211.071 for the alleged felony offenses of first-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse, and third-degree assault. B.P.N-M. asserts he was deprived of his right to effective assistance of counsel during his certification proceeding. For the reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
