STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. William Alexander BELLMER, Appellant.
ORDER
William Bellmer appeals the circuit court's judgment after a jury convicted him of one count of felony stealing. He contends the circuit court plainly erred in not sua sponte instructing the jury on a claim of right defense. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the circuit court's order. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision, because a published opinion would have no precedential value.
Affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
