Danny C. WELTE, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Danny Welte appeals from the judgment of the Adair County Circuit Court denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. Welte sought to vacate his convictions and sentences for second-degree murder and armed criminal action. He contends that the motion court clearly erred in denying his motion because trial counsel was ineffective in failing to investigate and call his mother and brothers to testify at trial or sentencing. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reason for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
