STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Erik CASE, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Lafayette County, Erik Case was convicted of trafficking drugs in the second degree and resisting a lawful detention. He was sentenced to a total of twenty years’ imprisonment. Case appeals. He contends that the circuit court should have suppressed evidence derived from the warrantless search of the vehicle he was occupying at the time of his arrest (which resulted in the discovery of 443.88 grams of methamphetamine). We affirm. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
