ORDER

Clark Porting appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Boone County upholding the Director of Revenue's administrative suspension of his driving privileges under section 302.505, RSMo 2016. He raises four points on appeal. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
