ORDER

Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Cass County, Brian Parks was convicted of first-degree murder, first-degree assault, two associated counts of armed criminal action, and unlawful possession of a firearm. After this Court affirmed Parks’ convictions on direct appeal, he filed a motion for post-conviction relief under Supreme Court Rule 29.15. The circuit court denied post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing, and Parks appeals. He contends that his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance by unreasonably advising Parks not to testify. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
