ORDER

Sean Robinson appeals the circuit court's quashing of a preliminary writ of prohibition. Robinson petitioned for the writ alleging that he was being held beyond the conditional release term for non-dangerous felonies set by Section 558.011.4(1)(b), RSMo Cum. Supp. 2021. On appeal, Robinson contends the circuit court misinterpreted and misapplied the law in quashing the preliminary writ. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
