ORDER

Stanton Investments (USA), LLC, a/k/a Stanton Investments, LLC appeals the judgment in favor of Building Better Communities in its action under the Missouri Abandoned Housing Act. In its sole point on appeal, it contends that the trial court erred in denying Stanton Investments (USA), LLC's motion to intervene. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reason for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).¹
