STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Jeffrey D. GRAY, Appellant.
ORDER
Jeffrey D. Gray appeals the circuit court's judgment, entered on a jury verdict, convicting him of two counts of sodomy in the first degree. On appeal, Gray contends the circuit court plainly erred in failing to sua sponte strike testimony that Victim was involved in her family's drug use and drug dealing, and that Victim had consumed illegal substances. Gray argues that any probative value of this evidence was outweighed by its prejudicial impact on the jury and resulted in manifest injustice. We affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
