ORDER

Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Cooper County, David Jackson (“Jackson”) was convicted of first-degree rape and second-degree domestic assault. In two points on appeal, Jackson argues that the trial court erred in admitting evidence and overruling his objection regarding the composition of the jury. The judgment is affirmed. A published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose. A memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision has been provided to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
