IN RE: the Matter of: R.R.C. L.A.M. and M.L.M., Respondents, v. C.C., Appellant.
Order
C.C. (Birth Mother) appeals from the trial court's grant of L.M. (Adoptive Mother) and M.M. (Adoptive Father)’s petition for adoption of R.R.C. (Child). Birth Mother raises a single point on appeal; she argues that “there [wa]s insufficient evidence of abandonment” to satisfy the clear and convincing burden of proof. Finding no error, we affirm.
