STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Anthony BAEZ, Appellant.
ORDER
Anthony Baez appeals his convictions and sentences for first-degree drug trafficking, the class C felony of delivery of a controlled substance, and the class E felony of delivery of a controlled substance. He argues the circuit court plainly erred in failing to declare a mistrial after the State elicited hearsay testimony. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the convictions. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision, because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose.
AFFIRMED. Rule 30.25(b).
