Erich K. KREBS, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Erich K. Krebs (“Krebs”) appeals from the motion court's judgment denying his amended Rule 29.15 motion for postconviction relief. Krebs raises one Point on Appeal, claiming the motion court clearly erred in failing to “find ineffective assistance of trial counsel” because “failing to argue imperfect self-defense was an objectively unreasonable trial strategy under the circumstances of the case” such that it would have created a “reasonable probability that the jury would have found Mr. Krebs guilty of a lesser-included offense.” We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
