ORDER

M.W. appeals the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court denying his motion to set aside two judgments. The judgments M.W. sought to set aside sustained allegations of neglect against M.W. with respect to his children. In three points on appeal, M.W. argues that the trial court erred in not setting aside the neglect judgments. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
