STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Andrew Harold BOSTIC, Appellant.
ORDER
Andrew Bostic appeals the circuit court's Judgment, entered on a jury verdict, convicting him of one count of first-degree involuntary manslaughter, one count of unlawful use of a weapon, and two counts of armed criminal action. He was sentenced to thirteen years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. On appeal, Bostic contends the circuit court abused its discretion in excluding evidence of methamphetamine in the victim's system. We affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
