STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Kayla Marie MOORE, Appellant.
Order
Kayla Moore appeals, following a bench trial, her conviction of possession of a controlled substance, § 579.015, a class D felony, for which she was sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment. Moore raises one point on appeal. She asserts the trial court erred in denying her motion for judgment of acquittal and, instead, entering judgment and sentence against her because the State failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she knowingly possessed methamphetamine. Because there is sufficient evidence of knowing possession, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
