ORDER

Cory A. Davison appeals the denial, after an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. He contends the motion court clearly erred in denying claim 8(A) of his Rule 29.15 motion and finding trial counsel did not render constitutionally ineffective assistance by allegedly seeking employment with the prosecutor while simultaneously acting as Davison's defense attorney during plea negotiations, and leaving Davison's case to work for that prosecutor. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
