FIELDS v. STATE (2025)

ORDER

Justin Fields appeals the denial, after an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 29.15 motion. He presents two points on appeal. First, Fields argues that his trial counsel was ineffective in failing to investigate and cross-examine the victim in the case about her text messages. Second, Fields argues that there was prosecutorial misconduct when the prosecutor in his case argued in closing argument that the victim had “never faltered” in her allegations. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
