ORDER

Jesus Torres appeals the denial of his motion for postconviction relief where he claimed ineffective assistance of appellate counsel for failing to raise a claim of error involving the trial court's denial of his motion to correct improper joinder or in the alternative for severance of two counts of possession of child pornography from the other twelve sexual offenses involving minor children with which he was charged. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
