STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Stacey Eugene LAIRD, Appellant.
ORDER
Stacey Laird appeals his conviction following a jury trial for domestic assault in the fourth degree. He asserts that the trial court plainly erred in failing to instruct the jury sua sponte on justification for use of force by a person entrusted with the care and supervision of a minor patterned after MAI-CR 4th 406.20 and section 563.061 because there was sufficient evidence to support giving the instruction. Because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose, a memorandum explaining the reason for this decision is provided to the parties. The conviction is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
