ORDER

KC Ridge Associates, LLC, (“KC Ridge”) appeals the judgment awarding DSI Holdings Corporation d/b/a/ ServiceMaster Restore (“ServiceMaster”) $199,617.98 in damages as payment for repair services ServiceMaster performed on property owned by KC Ridge. KC Ridge contends ServiceMaster failed to prove it was entitled to payment under theories of quantum meruit or unjust enrichment. For reasons explained in a Memorandum provided to the parties, we find no error and affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).

AFFIRMED.
