Order

Jason Shade appeals, following an evidentiary hearing, the denial of his pro se Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. In his sole point on appeal, Shade alleges the motion court erred in denying his request for a continuance of the evidentiary hearing because the Missouri Department of Corrections (DOC) wrongly denied him the right to take his legal files to the hearing. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
