ORDER
Thomas J. Waters appeals his commitment to the Department of Mental Health as a sexually violent predator following a jury trial in Jackson County, Missouri. In this appeal, Waters contends the trial court erred by prohibiting certain voir dire inquiries and barring him from making an offer of proof on the inquiries. He also argues the trial court erred by failing to sua sponte declare a mistrial during voir dire and that his counsel was ineffective for not requesting that mistrial. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
